Do you hate taking the rubbish out? I must admit it’s not my favourite thing to do. The heavy unwieldy bins are almost always full up, and if you live in a building with a communal rubbish shed you never quite know what you’re going to find… At the moment there is a double bed frame, large leather sofa and various bits and pieces. Wonder what’s going in there next!

I started this blog to try to combat the loneliness that can creep up on those of us who are a little older (I am in my 70s).
