How are your directional skills.? If it’s anything like mine it leaves a lot to be desired.
If I am requested to visit some new place, I enlist my daughter for a trial run. I don’t know if I’m feeling anxious because I’m getting older, or the fact that I’m mostly on my own in the car.
Somehow if there is someone else in the car it’s not so worrying. Having been on a wrecky I set off. Arrived okay but finding my way round inside the building was a nightmare, and today because I exited from another door couldn’t find my car.
Luckily I was rescued again.
Men seem far more capable at finding their way around and don’t seem so upset when things go wrong. I’m sure there are many women out there who can vouch for the shouting or bad language when the men get lost though.
Strange they never would ask for help from a pedestrian, that’s before satellite navigation of course.
