I notice that Lloyds is offering a chat to those who have had a change in circumstances.For example new baby, marriage etc etc.
Many years ago when I worked for Lloyds I worked within a team in the South of England asking that same question. Have your circumstances changed?. It was of course encouraging the public to call and meet their Account Managers, Financial Advisers, to see if your money was workng efficiently for you.
Just proves that what goes around comes around, albeit that it’s now 17 years plus since the initial trial.
As a team we worked from eleven in the morning until eight at night with Friday off. Once you got used to the hours it was most enjoyable.
